• Shipping is 100% FREE for all orders in Lebanon – no minimum purchase required.
• While Wakilni's standard shipping fee is $4, we cover the cost for our customers.

3. Delivery Timeframe

• Orders are typically delivered within 2-3 business days from the pickup day.
• Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
• If there are any unexpected delays, we will notify you via email or phone.

4. Order Processing

• Once you place an order, we will process it within 24 hours and schedule it for pickup.
• Once picked up by Wakilni, you will receive a tracking update (if applicable).

5. Delivery Terms

• Customers must provide an accurate address and contact information to ensure smooth delivery.
• If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect details or unavailability, the order may be rescheduled.
