- If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue.
- If approved, you may exchange the item for a replacement at no additional cost.
4. How to Request a Return

- Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable.
- Wait for our approval before shipping the item back. Unapproved returns will not be accepted.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we will confirm the exchange process.
