1. Return Eligibility

  • Returns are only accepted if you contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all original packaging.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns if the product shows signs of damage, misuse, or wear.

2. No Refunds – Exchange Only

  • We do not offer refunds.
  • If your return is approved, you may exchange the item for another product of equal or higher value (paying the difference if applicable).
  • Exchanges are only processed once we receive and inspect the returned item.

3. Defective or Damaged Items

  • If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue.
  • If approved, you may exchange the item for a replacement at no additional cost.

4. How to Request a Return

  2. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable.
  3. Wait for our approval before shipping the item back. Unapproved returns will not be accepted.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will confirm the exchange process.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns during shipping.
  • Any return that does not meet our policy conditions will be rejected.
